Delivery
Any changes to the billing or shipping address after an order has been submitted could be subject to a 5% administration fee.

Minimum order amount of $500 to qualify for free shipping.
Customer is responsible for entering a valid delivery address. All delivery is curbside delivery, and the address location must be able to accommodate a box truck. Cul-de-sacs, dead ends, low-hanging trees or wires, or gravel roads are some examples of potential impediments to delivery, and an alternative shipping address may be needed.
Missed or cancelled deliveries could result in additional and/or redelivery charges due from the Customer.
Most products are in stock and will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders will ship complete with all materials. Partial shipments will be subject to additional delivery fees.
All completed orders must be shipped out from the Flooring U warehouse within 14 days of the order, or the order will be subject to a warehouse storage fee.
Payment
Flooring U accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Shop, and PayPal.
Payment in full is expected at the time of order.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped and/or picked up in the state of Pennsylvania.
Once material has been ordered, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
All payment information will be communicated on secure payment links.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Customer Pickup
An appointment time scheduled by a Flooring U representative is required.
Warehouse employees will help load materials, but are not responsible for inspecting boxes.
Flooring U will require a copy of the receipt or order # to verify purchase at the time of pick up.
Returns and Cancellations
Flooring U offers a No Hassle return policy on unopened and factory-sealed cartons of in-stock flooring. If Customer wishes to inquire about a product exchange, they should reach out to a Flooring U service representative.
To begin a return, Customer must contact a Flooring U service representative in writing within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Customer must receive a Return Authorization before they are able to return the material.
There is a 4-carton minimum for a return.
The Customer is responsible for bringing the material back.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Flooring U products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information may be found on the specific product’s page, and more in-depth information may be obtained by speaking with a Flooring U service representative. All warranties are backed by the manufacturer, not Flooring U. Flooring U will assist with claims submissions to the appropriate manufacturer.
Any clearance or sale item is sold as is and holds no implied warranties.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check their order, including but not limited to counting the cartons they receive, ensuring the product label on the cartons matches what they ordered, and noting any damage on the shipping ticket. Any damage must be reported to Flooring U Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Claims may be denied if damage is not reported at the time of delivery. The Customer is responsible for photographing any purported damage or defects.

Flooring U will require photographic evidence of the reported issues. If a 3rd party inspection is required, the Customer may be responsible for the cost of the inspection.
The Customer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise for any manufacturer’s defect before installation. Flooring U is not responsible for any labor charges incurred after installation.
Installation of merchandise constitutes acceptance of the product and voids the Customer’s claim.
It is important to follow any acclimation guidelines for individual products.
Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Flooring U is not responsible for the occasional pricing error that occurs during the automated checkout process.
The Customer will be notified of a price discrepancy and given an updated price quote by a Flooring U Customer service representative.
Prices reflect any advertised promotional discounts.
Flooring U makes every effort to display product images as accurately as possible, but colors will vary due to factors, including, but not limited to, monitor type and scan quality. Flooring U does not make any guarantee that the Customer’s computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Ordering a flooring sample is the best way to get a precise visual representation of a product. If color is critical, Flooring U recommends ordering samples prior to ordering.

The Parties agree that venue for any disputes arising out of, or related to, this agreement shall be filed in Lancaster County, and the purchaser specifically consents to personal jurisdiction in that forum.
